This is the second-generation SwiMP3 player, which offers a slandered down style and improved functionality.

FINIS is famous in the swim society as a firm of clothing, goggles, and other swim products.  It’s not surprised the company decided to produce an MP3 player designed for swimmers, since the sound quality of most waterproof MP3 players is generally less well.

If the sound is good and it’s fairly easy to use, listening to music while swimming could be helpful. The device itself supports drag-and-drop of MP3 and WMA files straight on to the device, with no need for software installation.

The physical design of the MP3 player is exciting, with two plastic earphones that are attached to a string enfolded behind the head.  The right earphones serve as the main controls for the MP3 player, with four basic buttons: Power, volume up/down button, forward/backward button, and a stop button.

The first-generation of SwiMP3 didn’t have WMA support, volume, shuffle, or resume buttons, which the new figure does.  Use this function properly even though it was all difficult to learn, because they all very important.

Unlike other types of waterproof MP3 that based on air conduction, SwiMP3v2 MP3 base on bone conduction. It makes sound vibrating directly into the inner ear, presents much clearer sound.  Finis offered an informational pack explaining research and evidence representing bone conduction is a “safe, well-established hearing mechanism in humans.”

While swimming, the SwiMP3 sound quality is impressive, and you are able to tell there is a unique sound quality.  I suggest you to set the volume before jumping into the pool, because it can difficult to do it in the water.*
